It is proper Netiquette to take responsibility for your content. Don't think your screen does affect others.
Mobility makes all content semi-public all the time and some content public sometimes. If someone else you do not know can see your screen then it’s a public screen. It is the responsibility of the consumer to refrain from viewing offensive content in public.
Content viewed in public depends on the public. Family friendly internet content is acceptable in situations where the public includes families. Many people discontinue viewing content if people who may be offended come within viewing distance.
Consume data appropriate for everyone around because screens are public.
